ist ein klassisches Kaskadensystem, welches unter anderen in der keramischen oder grobkeramischen Industrie zum Einsatz kommt. Das System scheidet Fluorwasserstoff (HF), Chlorwasserstoff (HCl) als auch Schwefeloxide (SO<sub>2<\/sub> und SO<sub>3<\/sub>) ab.
