Mittels eines Brenners oder elektrischen Heizelements wird der Brennraum auf die f\u00fcr die thermische Umsetzung erforderliche Temperatur, meist &gt; 720 \u00b0C, gebracht, wodurch die Kohlenwasserstoffverbindungen oder auch organische Staubverbindungen aufgebrochen werden.<\/p><p>Der Rauchgasventilator kann sowohl druck- als auch saugseitig am System angeordnet sein. Die Wahl der Position h\u00e4ngt von der Kundenpr\u00e4ferenz, den Schadstoffen, deren Beladung oder auch der Abgastemperatur ab.<\/p><p>Meist ist im Reingas nach dem Abgasw\u00e4rmetauscher noch so viel thermische Restenergie enthalten, dass sekund\u00e4re W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung sinnvoll ist und sich in kurzer Zeit amortisiert.<\/p><p>Ausf\u00fchrungen des Brennraums k\u00f6nnen in Edelstahl, mit Innenauskleidung oder Innenausmauerung sein, abh\u00e4ngig vom jeweiligen
